Mount Chown is Alberta's 36th highest peak. It was named by Chown, Reverend Samuel Dwight. It is located in the northwest corner of Jasper National Park on the border with the Willmore Wilderness Park. It lays between two glaciers the Chown Glacier and the Resthaven Glacier.[2][3]
